Simple thoughts.

Every country in this planet deserves development. Nepal is one of the poorest country in the whole world and it is well known to many people. What can be done for the development? Not just economic development but all developments possible. Politicians tell the public what it wants to hear, not what is best for the country. No body can be blamed for any situations prevailed. Every person should be motivated towards development. In the early 90's Nepal growth rate was 5% per year. Where did it go? In a typical Nepali word we call it "sachetata". We still can come front but that is possible only after peace. When two different philosophies meet together there is 100% certainty that they will clash. There should be different thoughts to let world work but they can be together without fighting, can't they? Our country is seeing certain changes everyday, people fight, they kill, they protest,do bandhas but one thing if they are so motivated towards rights, bandhas for theirs future generation better life, why not they do something for their country? Koreans, after war contributed for theirs country so why not we?

Each of us are known to outside world as "Nepalese", but have we done something for the country from where we got that identity? There is a saying " First build up your interior then think about the exterior", you can put this phrase where you think it should be. Either you build yourself as good person within yourself or see what can be done for better Nepal, greater Nepal. Unity is a key for success and for unity we need peace, but where is peace? What is peace? we know peace? we've seen peace? We have lived with it earlier but never knew its importance but after its gone now we are looking for it. Every Nepalese dream of better Nepal, democratic Nepal: How can it be better if "we" don't take steps to make it better, will the country rise if hers fellow citizens do nothing and dream of better Nepal. Every Nepalese these days dream about "Peace", has anyone ever tried to bring inner peace? love yourself and others, if you love your countrymen think you are loving your country. President John Kennedy challenged the nation with his well-known appeal: ". . . ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country."
